BUS STOP PONDERING

just today...as i got onto the bus..thoughts floated in my mind. not the usual depression-ridden types or the insightful ones. somehow emptiness filled my thoughts this time round.

i suddenly realised that i have really lost the ability to feel passionate about any one.

the feeling of numbness is a paradox.

on one hand it shields me from pain and hurt and makes me guarded...but on the flip side it also took away the spirited side of me that was able to feel so much for others.

will this be temporary or permanent? sigh guess only time will tell.
